Geriausios istorijos bus publikuojamos portale!

❌DONT BE FOOLED BY IMAGE❌Throwback to my birthday, blonder hair, styled hair, makeup, eyelashes and tan. I can cover up my scars/ acne up if and when I want to. The point is I shouldn’t HAVE to, to feel beautiful. I shouldn’t HAVE to, to feel accepted. And you shouldn’t have to either. Whether you have acne or not you should feel comfortable in your own skin. In today’s society people’s goals are to live a life that’s not real, look like someone that’s not real. None of that truly makes you happy. You can have all that seems perfect and still want more. I post pictures in my bare skin and it gives off that I am confident. I have grown to be confident. I have been through struggles. The things we hate about ourselves have a massive effect on our mental health. We end up being horrible to ourselves, looking in the mirror and saying nasty things, starving ourselves to be skinny, eating to be curvy, squats to grow a bigger bum, contouring to have cheek bones/ slimmer nose, everything we can do to change our appearance! And guess what even with all this it still won’t make us happy because it has to come from within 🌟 I never believed anyone when they told me I was beautiful. I would sit and cry thinking how ugly they would think I really was if they saw the state of my skin because having spots is disgusting. If I wasn’t happy with myself I wouldn’t go out. I told myself I couldn’t love myself because I’m not arrogant or worthy. When my hair was long I would hide my face behind it. I wouldn’t look at people when talking to them. This is not the way to live life. I don’t want anyone else feeling this way either because it’s not right! The best advice I can give to anyone is to start off with is accepting yourself. Tell yourself you love yourself every damn day. Tell yourself you are beautiful. Complement yourself. Find and do what makes you happy regardless of other people’s opinions. Put yourself first. Be your own best friend. Our flaws make us beautiful and unique. DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE. Beat society. Beat what they tell us look like. We are strong, confident and beautiful. TAG YOUR FRIENDS THAT NEED TO HEAR THIS MESSAGE! #letsallbeatsociety

Excuse the bed head taken this morning when I woke up. But I seriously swear by rose hip oil for acne scars you start to see results almost instantly! Can’t wait to see progress in another months time 🙏🏻 On my journey to clear skin it’s taught me to learn about my body. To take care of what goes inside as well as what I put on my skin. You know your own body better than anyone else. Don’t spend lots of money on products if what’s causing your skin problems is internal. You will end up wasting a lot of money and causing more irritation to your skin. Trust me I know I’ve been there 👎🏻 YOUR SKIN NEEDS TO BREATHE! Let it be free. Be comfortable in your skin. Your already beautiful. You don’t need to change 🍃 ❤️ ————————————————– #vegan #veganbeauty #plantbased #raw #rawvegan #natural #nontoxic #nomakeup #skinfood #acne #acnescars #journey #selflove #love #happiness #enlightenment #wellness #freedom #mind #body #soul #acceptance #health #lifestyle #organic #skincare #blogger #progress #beautiful #beauty

I remember being at my lowest point. When I didn’t want to leave the house. See my family or friends. Even though I knew these people loved me I felt ashamed of what I looked like 😞 I decided enough was enough and the more I think negatively and be horrible to myself the worse I was getting and feeling. The whole anxiety and stressing over it adds to it making it worse! I couldn’t go on the way I was going I was miserable and I don’t want other people to feel the same way that I did. It upsets me that we live in a world where people feel this low about themselves 💔 It doesn’t define who you are as a person so please never give up on yourself! Be a strong warrior who is not going to let this beat you. Turn those negatives into positives. It will get better 🙌🏻✨ I am glad I’ve experienced chronic illness. I am glad I’ve experienced acne. It’s helped me find my passion for health, wellness and fitness. It’s helped me be strong, grow and gain confidence as a person all of which I had none of before. It’s helped me to want to help and inspire others. I believe it can help you all too. 🌺 —————————————– #acne #acnetreatment #acnejourney #chronicillness #plantbased #raw #organic #health #selflove #vegan #veganism #anxiety #depression #recovery #warrior #journey #strong #wellness #mind #body #soul #girl #inspiration #chakra #crueltyfree #nontoxic #fitness #lifestyle #beautiful #love

PROGRESS PICTURE 🌱 The left picture is what skin is looking like now. Still not had any new spots which I can’t actually believe not one! The right picture was taken 1 month ago. As you can see I have a lot of inflammation, redness and yellow heads. Healing your body naturally takes time so you just have to believe in the process you will get there. My current skin care is a cleanser by tata Harper, toner apple cider vinegar, aloe Vera gel, rose seed hip oil I have just introduced as alls I have on my skin to heal now is deep marks/ scars and this works wonders but don’t recommend on active spots, jojoba oil to moisturise ✨ Using natural products on my skin works best than products filled with nasty chemicals! The food I eat is still the same as previous posts 🌱 Drink lots of water, green tea & dandelion tea. For supplements I take probiotics, vitamin D & milk thistle. I sometimes take drops of oregano oil in water. I alternate which I use but I alternate spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorophyll, acai and maca in my green smoothies or do them as shots. This is just what’s been working for me and again everyone is different. Maybe I’ll look to work on a video or a blog post if it continues to get better so I can explain it all in more depth 😊 ———————————————— #acne #embraceyourflaws #scars #vegan #plantbased #raw #wholefoods #natural #spiritual #healing #chronicillness #hormones #balance #mind #soul #positive #progress #journey #naturalremedies #health #lifestyle #veganism #crueltyfree #wellness #empower #recovery #selflove #love #veganbeauty #acnetreatment

🌟My progress since starting this page🌟 no Medication ✖️ High fat vegan plant based diet (nothing processed) Real whole foods, natural minimal skin care routine ✔️ People are happy to take strong medication that can lead to bad side effects in are bodies but aren’t willing to change there diet which is safe and better for our health. Remember that everyone has there struggles in life. Most of us choose not share them. Most people with acne don’t share it because there ashamed but why should we it’s only a stage in our life it won’t last forever and it certainly doesn’t make us any less of a person. Clear skin or acne you are the same person. I get asked how can I be confident when my skin looks like this? The reason I decided to accept myself for how I looked is because for years I suffered with acne and for years I let my mental health take over, ruin relationships, stop me going out ect all because I was insecure and worried about other people’s opinions. Because let’s be honest acne isn’t nice to look at. I knew I couldn’t carry on being this hard on myself to the point I would cry and have a lot of built up stress causing headaches. I thought about the days when I used to have no worries when I was younger and here’s what I came up with- I wasn’t living life trying to impress anyone I wore no makeup so never felt less beautiful I didn’t spend my time trying to make myself look perfect I didn’t sit at home comparing myself to others on Instagram It’s the world we live in today that makes us think like this. I don’t want young girls feeling the same way I did. I don’t want them to think they have to look a certain way to be accepted or beautiful. They need more role models embracing there real natural selfs because that is real life. I know how hard it can be but please please practice self love and believe in yourself this alone will make you feel better 💛🌸✨ ————————————————

Excuse the just woken up picture but I need to share with you some results I got overnight! so yesterday I went to the gym in the evening and had a sauna/ steam room after. Showered as normal and cleansed my face using a @tataharper cleanser! When I got home I had the inspiration from this beautiful soul @ohsoulnatural to do a turmeric face mask. You can watch her YouTube video for how she makes hers and her page is full of inspiring quotes and natural tips! ✨ I made mine using 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1tsp of Indian healing clay and 1tsp of apple cider vinegar! Mix until thick and creamy/ add water if you need more liquid! Put all over your face and leave on for 10mins! I also tried oil pulling which I had never heard of before also thanks to the same girl she was kind enough to share this tip with me and you just put 1 tsp of coconut oil in your mouth and swirl around for 25 minutes and then rinse! Listen to music whilst you do this or something to keep occupied 😃 After I washed my mask off I followed with pixi glow tonic, good genes serum and Luna oil by @sundayriley! My face literally feels smooth all over which if you have acne you will know how good it feels when you don’t have any bumps! Obviously you can still see my scars and some are very deep so may take a while to fade 😊 I also add turmeric to my veggies it has great health benefits internally as well as in your face mask 😋Again one of the main things that is helping me through this process is not to stress, worry or care about what people think of me. Remember to embrace your flaws not hide them you are beautiful no matter what 💖 ————————————————– #acne #natural #tumeric #progress #beforeandafter #vegan #fitness #health #healing #plantbased #beauty #blog #nature #embraceyourself #journey #happy #selflove #soul #mind #body #chakra #buddha #spiritual #veggies #raw #bareface #nomakeup #skincare #enlightenment #skincaretips
